Listings and Content Policy

3.1 Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are fully responsible for their listings and agree to:

  • Provide accurate and non-misleading information.
  • Use genuine or appropriate images wherever possible.
  • State the price when required by the Platform.
  • Own or be legally authorized to offer the advertised item.
  • Select the correct category.
  • Comply with Saudi laws and the rights of others.

3.2 Prohibited Content

Users may not publish content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:

  • Stolen goods or goods of unknown origin.
  • Counterfeit products or intellectual-property violations.
  • Drugs and prohibited substances.
  • Weapons or restricted products offered without proper authorization.
  • Governmental or personal documents, identities, or accounts.
  • Fraudulent products or services.
  • Pornographic or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Human trafficking or other unlawful activities.
  • Unlawful sale of personal information.
  • Content that violates another person’s privacy.
  • Misleading listings, impersonation, or fraud.
  • Any product or service whose sale or advertisement is prohibited by law.

3.3 Enforcement Actions

Depending on the violation, SANANY may:

  • Reject or remove a listing.
  • Require the user to amend its content.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Restrict particular features.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently ban an account.
  • Retain information required to process reports or lawful requests.

3.4 Reporting

Users may report prohibited listings, suspicious accounts, attempted fraud, abuse, threats, or intellectual-property violations.

SANANY will review reports and take appropriate action based on the available information and the nature of the matter.
