1.1 Nature of the Platform

SANANY is an electronic marketplace that enables users to advertise, discover, and search for goods and services and communicate with buyers and sellers.

SANANY does not own the goods or services listed by users and is not a buyer, seller, or party to transactions unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

Each user is responsible for their information, listings, content, communications, and transactions conducted through the Platform.

1.2 Account Registration

Certain SANANY services require an account. Users must provide accurate and current information.

Users agree to:

• Use a phone number they own or are authorized to use.
• Refrain from creating an account in another person’s name without permission.
• Protect their account and verification codes.
• Notify SANANY of suspected unauthorized access.
• Refrain from selling, renting, or transferring their account.
• Update their account information when necessary.

SANANY may verify users through their phone number, Nafath, or another approved identity-verification provider when such services are activated.

1.3 Acceptable Use

Users may not use SANANY for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise or disrupt the Platform, collect user information without authorization, distribute spam, or impersonate another person.

SANANY may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.4 Transactions Between Users

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying:

• The identity of the other party when necessary.
• The condition and suitability of the product or service.
• The accuracy of listing information.
• The final price.
• Payment and delivery arrangements.
• Any required licences, permits, or documents.

SANANY recommends that users do not transfer funds before adequately verifying the other party and the relevant product or service.

1.5 Disputes

SANANY may provide reporting or assistance channels for disputes. This does not make SANANY a party to the transaction.

SANANY may take appropriate action against accounts found to be involved in fraud, misuse, or harm to other users.

1.6 Seller Ratings

SANANY may provide a seller-rating system. Ratings must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain abusive, misleading, retaliatory, extortionate, or privacy-infringing content.

SANANY may remove violating ratings or restrict accounts that misuse the rating system.

1.7 Messaging

Users may not use SANANY messaging for fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful content, malicious links, spam, or unauthorized collection of personal information.

1.8 Intellectual Property

The SANANY name, logo, designs, software, and proprietary content are protected under applicable laws.

Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to all images, text, and content they upload. Users grant SANANY the technical licence necessary to display their content and provide the Platform’s services while the content remains published.

1.9 Service Availability

Certain services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond SANANY’s control.

SANANY does not guarantee that all services and features will always operate without interruption.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

Users access the Platform and deal with other users at their own responsibility, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

SANANY is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of goods, services, or information provided by users, except to the extent required by applicable law.
