Section 4 of 12

Payment and Commission Policy

Last updated: September 2026

4.1 SANANY Commission

SANANY charges a commission equal to 1% of the actual final sale price.

The commission is calculated using the price at which the transaction was completed, which may differ from the advertised price.

Calculation:

Final sale price × 1% = SANANY commission.

Example: For a final sale price of SAR 50,000, the payable commission is SAR 500.

4.2 Declaring the Sale Price

When completing a transaction, the seller must enter the actual final sale price.

Entering a false value to reduce the commission or circumvent the Platform is prohibited.

SANANY may request clarification or restrict or suspend an account where there is evidence of manipulation.

4.3 Confirming a Sale

A listing will not be moved to “Sold” through the Platform’s payment system until the commission payment has been confirmed using an approved method.

Payment methods may include:

  • Electronic payment.
  • Bank transfer following approval.
  • Any other method introduced by SANANY.

4.4 Payment Providers

SANANY may use external payment providers to process payments. Payment information may also be processed under the terms and privacy policy of the relevant provider.

4.5 Failed or Delayed Payments

Payment confirmation may be delayed because of a bank, payment provider, connection interruption, or technical problem.

The final transaction status will be determined using the payment provider’s verification results and the applicable financial records.

4.6 Paid Promotional Services

SANANY may offer paid services such as featured listings, listing boosts, pinned listings, highlighted listings, seller packages, or business services.

The price and duration will be displayed before payment. Promotional services do not guarantee a completed sale or a particular number of views, enquiries, or messages.
