Section 6 of 12

Real Estate Listings Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Real estate listings on SANANY are subject to the rules and instructions of the Real Estate General Authority and other competent authorities. SANANY will enable publication of real estate listings only after the necessary regulatory and technical requirements for the service are activated.

Advertisers confirm that they own the property or are authorized to advertise it and hold any required licences, authorizations and advertising permits. They must provide accurate and current property, location, price, image and capacity information, and must not post duplicate or misleading listings or images of another property.

SANANY may request evidence of identity, authority and permits and verify listing details through approved integrations. It may suspend, reject or remove a listing with missing requirements or violations, subject to applicable user rights. Publication does not guarantee title, property condition or completion of a transaction.

When real estate services are activated, real estate advertisers will access them through Nafath as required. SANANY will display required regulatory listing information and integrate with the Real Estate General Authority in line with its licence and technical requirements.
